Important Year-End Reminders for a Worry-Free Holiday Season

As the holiday season approaches, we want to ensure that you enjoy a relaxing and stress-free time with your loved ones.

To help you make the most of your well-deserved break, we've put together a checklist of essential items to consider before heading off on your holiday adventures.

1. Car and Household Insurance: Secure Your Peace of Mind

Before you embark on your holiday destination and festivities, take a moment to review your car and household insurance policies. Ensure that all your details are up-to-date and accurate. If there have been any changes in your circumstances or if you need to make amendments, now is the perfect time to get things in order.

Our team is here to assist you with any questions or adjustments you may need.

2. Health Comes First: Evaluate Your Medical Aid

Your well-being is our priority. Every year you get to make medical aid adjustments during November and beginning December, for the new medical aid year which runs from 1 January to end December.

Take a moment to assess your current medical aid coverage. If there's a need for changes or if you're considering different options for the upcoming year. Should you have any questions or require guidance, don't hesitate to reach out to us for personalized assistance.

3. Glance at Your Will

As you prepare for a joyous holiday season, it's also an opportune time to review your Will. If there have been any changes in your life or if you'd like to make updates to your Will, we're here to help. Ensuring that your wishes are accurately reflected is an important step in providing you and your loved ones with peace of mind.

4. Keep an eye on your budget

We can easily get caught up during the holiday festivities and overlook some expenses that we need to pay at the end of December. Remember that December is a long month, work through your budget, get the important items paid first.

Be mindful of the fact that you don't want to go into 2024 having to deal with double debits..
